Immune Boosting Smoothie Recipe

Looking for some immunity boosting magic? Here’s a delicious and simple immune-boosting smoothie based on our “All Day” – Herbal tea that boast anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.


Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup of our Immunity Boost “All Day” blend tea.
  2. ½ Cup of frozen or fresh mango.
  3. 1 tbsp. Chia seeds.
  4. Handful of spinach.
  5. 1 tsp. Honey.

Method

Brew our “All Day” blend tea for 4-5 minutes in hot water to extract maximum nutrients. Let it cool down before adding to the blender.

Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend to the desired consistency. If you use frozen fruits, there’s no need to add ice, otherwise you can add a small handful of ice to cool the smoothie.
